MOTIVATION AND HYPNOTHERAPY

I often hear people say, "I don't have any motivation." It is often felt that motivation is something that needs to be "worked on" in order to create change. This is only true to a certain degree.

The fact that an individual would search for a practitioner, or find a website on hypnosis shows me that they have all the motivation they need to create lasting change.

Motivation = a force of movement. If you are not moving then you may not know where you're going, ie. you have no clear goals, or if you do have goals then you may be holding yourself back by negative beliefs which are limiting you. You may have all the goals in the world, but if you don't believe (intellectually and emotionally) that you are worth it then you will never set out on the road to achieving.

How can Hypnotherapy help me with motivation?

Hypnosis can help by clearing those emotional blockages which are causing obstacles on your life path. This occurs by finding those emotional beliefs which may be limiting you and locating the cause. Once the cause has been discovered and neutralised then you can begin to associate new positive beliefs to achieving your goals. These new associations can be made within hypnosis and allow you to gain more and more confidence in achieving your goals and life ambitions.
